Proposal

Humans answer asynchronously and their rulings become durable knowledge: typed questions as persisted work, replies admitted as OKF judgments, supersession reconciled, rulings propagated by bounded re-reconciliation.

Specification Delta

  • ADD typed question records (field list normative in handoff §Asynchronous HITL).
  • ADD admission: ratify/reject/retract as OKF appends; Mnestic-only writes remain cache mutations.
  • ADD supersession identities; late answers attach but never apply.
  • ADD dependency-bounded ruling propagation.
  • ADD curation duplicate repair — policy inert until OD-5 (#38).
  • EXIT: no human interaction requires a live worker or retained execution frame.

Design

Questions render through v2 (#10); authority checks per OD-3 (#36); parser seam per OD-4 (#37).
