Proposal

Give CurryComb durable facts: lower Forgejo structures into OKF, run Mnestic as a rebuildable projection generation inside HydraMem, expose bounded packs with provenance and watermarks. Without it, every reconciliation re-reads the world and entity identity never accumulates.

Specification Delta

  • ADD OKF lowering of issue/comment/label/link facts with provenance.
  • ADD Mnestic projection generations with atomic publish and snapshot reads.
  • ADD bounded pack query under Budgets, carrying a generation watermark.
  • ADD production sweep (HTTP list-issues).
  • EXIT: deleting the projection and rebuilding changes neither facts nor decisions.

Design

See handoff §HydraMem and Mnestic (generation model), §Reconciliation contract (pack keying), §Semantic retrieval (budgets). Engine choice is OD-1 (#34); watermark policy is OD-7 (#40) — both land as gates on the leaf list, not as blocks on the engine-neutral leaves.
