How does a human answer a typed CurryComb question: comment markers, slash-commands, reactions, or plain prose that only becomes an answer through explicit ratification?

Decision procedure

Pick the syntax and its authority model in one ADR append. The admission pipeline is deliberately parser-pluggable; the parser is the only seam this rules.
