Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Proposal
A human answer becomes authoritative only through admission: an OKF append carrying judgment — ratified, rejected, retracted — with source span (§Evidence admission, ADR-0001 §4). Updating only Mnestic is a cache mutation and is forbidden.
Tasks
Requirement scenario
GIVEN an appended ratification, WHEN Mnestic is deleted and rebuilt, THEN the judgment survives in OKF and re-derives identically.
Specification-completion clause (OD-4 / #37)
Answer syntax — markers, commands, reactions, or prose-plus-explicit-ratification — awaits OD-4. The admission pipeline ships source-agnostic; the parser is the seam.
