Outcome

Vedanta now imports Jostoph's canonical devenv doctor, declares vedanta-wiki, and retains its Rust development bench without an .envrc auto-entry hook.

The development substrate is pinned from private canonical lar.ad/jostoph-rs at 4998043, not the main-only Midgard publication mirror.

The first-run ordering improvement tracked by Ting/Jostoph#110 landed through Ting/Jostoph#111 at ff9515a. This branch's refreshed lock consumes that revision.

A clean, correctly named Vedanta clone with colocated jj registered and synchronized the exact Vedanta wiki. devenv tasks run ting:specs:health and the explicit openspec store doctor vedanta-wiki proof are green after reconciliation.
