Add the Jostoph devenv doctor as the repository development environment so shell entry derives, registers, synchronizes, and health-checks the Vedanta wiki as the repository OpenSpec store.

Acceptance:

  • devenv pins the published Jostoph doctor;
  • shell entry runs the canonical doctor;
  • the resolved store is vedanta-wiki and points to Ting/Vedanta.wiki.git;
  • OpenSpec doctor reports the resolved store healthy.
