Make Jostoph consume its own published devenv doctor so shell entry derives, registers, synchronizes, and health-checks the Jostoph wiki as the repository OpenSpec store.

Acceptance:

  • devenv pins the published Jostoph doctor;
  • the existing Rust bench remains available;
  • the resolved store is jostoph-wiki and points to Ting/Jostoph.wiki.git;
  • OpenSpec doctor reports the resolved store healthy.
