Outcome

Jostoph now consumes its published devenv doctor, resolves jostoph-wiki, and retains the existing Rust bench without an .envrc auto-entry hook.

The doctor also fixes the first-run store race discovered during rollout: machine-local identity metadata is written after checkout/scaffold synchronization, and OpenSpec health explicitly follows store reconciliation.

The development substrate uses the private canonical lar.ad/jostoph-rs, not the main-only Midgard publication mirror.

devenv tasks list
clean colocated-jj clone with a brand-new store
devenv --override-input jostoph path:<branch> tasks run ting:specs:health
first run reported store creation and OpenSpec doctor — all green
store doctor verified valid identity metadata and the exact Jostoph wiki remote
