Proposal

OD-1 rules SQLite vs RocksDB on measured evidence, not preference (handoff §Open decisions 1). This probe produces that evidence.

Declared result format

Table — engine × {peak RSS, rebuild time, reader concurrency (fixed profile), artifact size} — over the shared fixture corpus, posted as the closing comment on #34.

Tasks

benchmark harness over both candidate engines on the fixture corpus
post the result table to #34 and cite the corpus revision

Requirement scenario

GIVEN the fixture corpus, WHEN the probe closes, THEN #34 carries both engines' numbers on identical workloads. Nothing else decides here.
