Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
M1Today every ruling is stateless: one event, one judgment. Curation counsel needs memory across pull requests. Design law, settled: all steward state is derivable from the delivery stream. One enriched record per delivery; facts are a materialized view, never a second source of truth; ruling on a repo is replaying its records. Storage follows the estate's own immutability law: above the tag, facts are clay; the tag seals the clay; below the tag, facts are stone.
