In scope

pull_request.merged (and whichever wire spelling the estate's Forgejo actually sends — verified the same way approval_kinds was) added to kinds_read().

Out of scope

Any new rule on the kind.

Boundary

kinds_read() and the extraction dispatch are kept adjacent so the #30 conformance report cannot lie by omission.

Acceptance

jostoph kinds lists the merge kind as read; never_heard clears after the first real merge delivery.
