Outcome

Make direnv’s default flake shell, the project wiki OpenSpec store, and Ting governance context doctor-enforced.

Changes

Require the active direnv environment, create a missing .envrc, and remove nested nix develop.
Supply Nushell and Gum in the default devShell.
Reconcile openspec/config.yaml with store: wiki; retain ting-governance only as its separate governance reference.
Reconcile the canonical origin and remove historical forge, jo, and sr remotes.
Declare Ting governance in AGENTS.md; Jostoph deliberately remains the unwired canonical doctor reference.

Base exception

Jostoph has no fastlane branch; this PR therefore targets its existing main branch. The doctor reports that missing fastlane seam as a forge-side conformance finding rather than creating a branch implicitly.
