Canonicalize the doctor task surface as ting:config:* and ting:specs:*; retain ting:doctor only as the aggregate; let independent diagnoses report together; and preserve local OpenSpec wiki work with pull --rebase --autostash.

Jostoph currently exposes no fastlane branch, so this PR targets its present main branch; that repository-level delivery deviation remains visible rather than being treated as implicit.
