Objective

Render the canonical named-persona acceptance chain and old-path exit readiness from independent correlated evidence.

Scope

  • Evaluate every canonical acceptance item without mutating lifecycle state.
  • Report pass, fail, pending, missing, and contradictory evidence by layer.
  • Keep raw evidence links while excluding credential values.
  • Report bridge-exit readiness without authorizing removal.

Acceptance criteria

  • Every production acceptance item maps to its exact evidence and correlation IDs.
  • A missing or conflicting layer cannot be reported as passed.
  • Old-path exit readiness stays false until every governing condition is evidenced.
  • The report is consumable by the flake-ops production proof and contains no credential material.

Spec Delta

This leaf separates report rendering from C01-C08 drift detection in #105. It consumes deterministic fixtures and does not depend on a live production run.

Narrowed under audit 2026-09-19/20, G13. Merged PR#120 delivers the renderer and deterministic fixture path, but its own evidence reports acceptance false with five missing production facts and no lifecycle-shaped attestation. The record remains open for those unmet acceptance items; D3 and the unrun nix flake check are tracked by successor issue Residue of Session #103: D3 decision + nix flake check (audit G13).
