Proposal

Prove the Slice 3 exit: a fixture corpus refines deterministically with network and model access disabled.

Design

CI harness over #7–#10 with process-level guards: no sockets, no model tokens. Expected canonical outputs pinned as golden digests.

Tasks

  • corpus + golden refinement projections
  • offline guard (sandboxed test process; any network attempt fails the run)

Requirement scenario

GIVEN the corpus with network and models disabled, WHEN the ruleset projects, THEN digests match the goldens; any nondeterminism fails CI.
