Scope

  • Remove the encrypted, inert BUZZ_RELAY_PRIVATE_KEY entry from outputs/hosts/odin/secrets.ad-hoc.yaml after confirming no activation path consumes it.
  • Reconcile the older bifrost Buzz-key note against current ciphertext before changing anything; the 2026-08-03 cleanup may already have removed those entries.
  • Delete the external et0-buzz Cloudflare R2 bucket and scoped API token only after its contents are judged disposable.

Acceptance

  • No live configuration, service, or activation path refers to the removed entries.
  • No required artifact remains in the R2 bucket.
  • Secret values are never printed or copied into this issue.
  • Repository verification runs through just check inside the devshell.
