Problem

freki and geri lost their only chat bridge when Buzz was retired. They remain declared and active in librefang but are reachable only through its dashboard.

Decision already made

Do not rebuild a Buzz sidecar and do not operate a second homeserver. Give both agents accounts on the existing Matrix homeserver and use librefang's native Matrix path.

Acceptance

@freki:et0.pw and @geri:et0.pw exist.
librefang receives the Matrix credentials through the existing secret environment mechanism.
Both personas can be reached through Matrix over the mesh.
The registration-token exposure is closed or explicitly retained after account creation.

Budget confirmed by agent.odin review: zero capacity cost (two Matrix accounts are DB rows in tuwunel), zero new code (librefang native Matrix path), two access tokens in fenrisulfr secrets.yaml. Registration token on bifrost must be closed after account creation.
