Problem

The inventory has no home. flake.aspects.graph is evaluable and
nix run .#aspects-graph renders it, but neither answers "what is in this
fleet" for someone who has not already loaded the model.

Content is ready and verified as of 2026-08-04:

Blocker status, reconciled against main @ 4cc8149:

#18 (FM-AUDIT-10) — cleared. Delivered by PR #23 as 5e1e686; the record schema is now 13 fields rather than 21. The ticket is still shown open only because PR #23 carried no Closes #n lines — see the citation on #18 and the ledger on #22.
#11 (FM-AUDIT-02) — still open. Genuinely so: it is an owner decision on the 18 residual modules, unstarted.

One of two blockers down. Note that the census content this ticket carries was measured against the pre-5e1e686 schema, so the field-count figures need re-measuring before publication rather than copying across — the eight deleted fields were part of what the census counted.

Also relevant: this ticket publishes to the wiki, and #25 has just established that wiki publication currently has no working path — the omo persona's token is write:issue only and pushes to flaky-mesh.wiki answer 404. Whatever unblocks #25 unblocks this too, and it is worth solving once for both.
