Summary

  • Record the completed #63 pooled-identity/OpenBao reconciliation and its durable #2/#5 evidence.
  • Record the completed #64 provider/runtime boundary reconciliation and its downstream providers #27 repair seam.
  • Record the completed #65 campaign-frontier reconciliation against the verified native graph.
  • Link the shared OpenSpec 61 projection without changing canonical contract 0.1.4.
