In scope

Put Jostoph’s conceptual interface and current operating boundary first.
Preserve commands, deployment example, security invariants, credentials, and development entry points.
Remove historical incident narrative and owner-decision prose already represented by linked issues, code, policy, or a pending wiki postmortem migration.
Select rumdl's Obsidian flavor for Markdown.

Out of scope

Runtime, policy, Nix, or CLI behavior changes.
New repository documentation files or decision-record formats.

Boundary

Only README.md and .rumdl.toml change.

Acceptance

A new reader can identify what Jostoph is, what it can act on, and how to run it.
Every documented command and deployment boundary remains checkable.
The README no longer serves as a duplicate implementation journal.
Reusable incident evidence has a durable wiki home before merge.
