In scope

  • Put Jostoph’s conceptual interface and current operating boundary first.
  • Preserve commands, deployment example, security invariants, credentials, and development entry points.
  • Remove historical incident narrative and owner-decision prose already represented by linked issues, code, policy, or a pending wiki postmortem migration.
  • Select rumdl's Obsidian flavor for Markdown.

Out of scope

  • Runtime, policy, Nix, or CLI behavior changes.
  • New repository documentation files or decision-record formats.

Boundary

Only README.md and .rumdl.toml change.

Acceptance

  • A new reader can identify what Jostoph is, what it can act on, and how to run it.
  • Every documented command and deployment boundary remains checkable.
  • The README no longer serves as a duplicate implementation journal.
  • Reusable incident evidence has a durable wiki home before merge.
