Proposal

Why

Ensure CurryComb is a deterministic reconciler/materialiser beneath ratified council output, never a shadow planner.

Scope

Authority boundary, canonical resolved Session input, deny-biased validation, offline spooling, and later byte-stable materialisation.

Design

The proposed ADR is reviewable now; executable behavior remains blocked on OD-6 and ratification.

Specification Delta

OpenSpec root ting-wiki, change agentic-software-delivery-loop, requirements GD-3, GD-4, CG-3, CG-4, SE-1 through SE-3.

Tasks

Parent Campaign: Ting/Ting#83
#47 — proposed boundary and projection review
#39 — canonical schema home decision
#42 — implementation Slices 2 through 7

Closure

Direct Sessions are complete or explicitly superseded.
Ratification and schema ownership are recorded before implementation.

Readiness gate: the shared Store commit is pending wiki Git publication. Keep this issue in Status/Need Grooming until an immutable commit is recorded and strict OpenSpec validation passes.

Authored through the Ting Forge connector as codexo; independent review and Freeholder ratification remain required.
