Proposal

Shadow Jostoph live decisions against the new evaluator until replay corpus and live traffic remain equivalent; only then retire Ascent.

Tasks

  • shadow evaluator with divergence telemetry (decision authority stays with the incumbent)
  • retirement gate report: corpus + live divergence over a declared window

Requirement scenario

GIVEN the gate window with zero divergence, WHEN the report lands, THEN retirement is a filed ruling (an ADR append), not an implicit removal.
